Express items are are on hand at our South Carolina storage facility and will be shipped the next business day using the method that you have selected at check out.  The customer will be charged the actual US shipping.  Time in transit will be determined by the method chosen and is the sole responsibility of the shipping company.  The customer is kindly asked to inspect the package immediately upon delivery and file for any shipping damage with the shipping company.  We will be happy to send a replacement of the damaged component to you, however, we will charge the price of the component and the shipping cost.

Drop shipped items are sent from the factory to you, the customer.  S.T.A.T.E.S. cannot control the actual delivery time.  We will strive to communicate the shipment status and estimated delivery time but please realize that we are dependent upon the factory to supply accurate information.  As above, please inspect the package upon arrival and file for any shipping damage with the shipping company.  If the damaged component is in the South Carolina inventory, we will be happy to send a replacement, however, we will charge the Express price of the component and the US shipping cost.  Otherwise, we will order the replacement for you from Tech Studio.  Caution, this option will cost the Tech Studio price + foreign bank transaction fee + shipping cost from Russia (from $30 to $80 typically) and is not recommended.
